1931 Chrysler CG Imperial Convertible Victoria

A nice 30′s Chrysler bodied by Waterhouse over a CG Imperial chassis, the first 8-cylinder model from Chrysler. A really nice looking car designed in Massachusetts. There only 25, recently one was aucted for 500.000 $.

1987 Ferrari F40

The last car developed under Enzo Ferrari’s supervision before he died, the F40 it’s a 40th Ferrari’s anniversary celebration.

For sure, it’s the most iconic Ferrari’s from the 80′s until now. Only 1300 were built of this incredible performance car with a twin turbo-charged V8 478bhp engine in a kevlar light body.

Another Ferrari designed by Pininfarina, of course.

2005 Chevrolet Corvette C6 (60th anniversary edition)

Last Corvette generation also deserves to be post as a gorgeous cars, the 2005 C6.

I’m posting the pics of a very special edition, a 2013 60th anniversary edition. Also pics of the very first Corvette, the C1 in 1953, so you can compare the evolution of this incredible family.

My first Chrysler in this blog. The first with the surname LeBaron. A design company from USA, with a name that tries to sound “french sophisticated”

This car is really beautiful, one of the finest creation of LeBaron, only 151 were produced, with just 36 being dual windshield phaetons. It’s a pity Chrysler resurrected LeBaron name in 1977, it has been applied to five different cars but any of them are gorgeous or deserve this legacy.

2003 Ford GT

I’ve just noticed that I promise to post pics of the new Ford GT when I posted the classic 60′s Ford GT40 (also the prototype). This car is a new retro edition of the old one, but bigger, wider and a little bit taller.

I love both of them.

2011 BMW i8 (Mission: impossible)

Nowadays, Tom Cruise “Mission: impossible ‘s car in the best cinemas. It’s a concept by BMW, a four-wheel-drive plug-in hybrid with an objective: performance as an M3 and fuel economy as a Mini.

Probably we’ll see some parts of this design in other BMW cars. For example, in the new 3-series u can see the “sides” of the kidney by the front lights. As u can do it in this concept.

1971 Ferrari 365 gts/4 Daytona

Scagletti build 122 Daytona spyder. For a lot of people this version is more beautiful than the original one, and it’s very famous ‘cos the “Miami Vice” TV Show. No matter in the show they used a disguised Corvette, not an original and expensive Ferrari.

I’m posting it in red this time, and I recommend u to look for the differences (not the roof of course!!) with the last Daytona post.

1968 Ferrari 365 gtb/4 Daytona

Leonardo Fioravanti designed some of the most famous Ferrari cars (Dino, Daytona, 308 GTB and 288 GTO). Daytona name is unofficial, applied by the media to commemorates Ferrari’s 1-2-3 finish in 1967 “24 Hours of Daytona” with the 330P4 model.

A ferrari has to be “rosso corse” coloured? I’m posting a sliver one, and after that i’ll post a red spyder one… u can choose wich one do u prefer

1950 Bentley Mark I/VI Dadford Countryman

A nice 1950 Bentley Mark VI coachworked by Harold Radford. A really original mix of aluminum and wood. A total of eight ‘Mark I Countryman’ bodies were built between 1948 and 1949.
